The engineering method is available from On Demand
Hybrid thinking is not reserved for the highest service level. The commercial difference is how the diagnostic and engineering work is charged.
Is the joint technical study available with On Demand?
Yes. Diagnosis, engineering study and preparation of the proposal are billed by the hour.
What changes under Warranty or Partner?
The diagnostic report and technical proposal can be included within the agreed service fee. Execution costs remain separately scoped and approved.
Who buys or manufactures the component?
The approved route defines responsibilities case by case. The component may be manufactured by your team in China or locally when appropriate.
Who communicates with the end customer?
The Chinese manufacturer controls the communication workflow. ITM participates only under the agreed authorization.
